Redox

Revamping Redox's marketing site to speak to healthcare pros, product teams, and industry stakeholders.

This is a concept for a landing page that aimed to apply Redox's rebrand and new messaging to the marketing website

Overview

I collaborated with Redox, a leading medical API company, to transform their online presence and reshape their marketing site for better product communication.

We introduce a comprehensive design process, aiming to align the marketing site with their growth vision. Through strategic planning, brand identity discussions, and meticulous design, the revamped site now serves as a dynamic platform, effectively communicating Redox's capabilities, deepening audience connections, and positioning them for sustained growth—a visual and strategic transformation that underscores Redox's commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences.

“I feel great about what you’ve shown us. This sets us up for success in the future as we keep building on top of the great work you all have done.”

Events and whitepapers from Redox's marketing team didn't have a flexible system that could change in look and feel to make each resource have its own flair to stand out and be marketable. We explored ways to have the system look cohesive but find ways to separate it visually.

Impact

The new look of Redox's website is making a big difference! Now, it's not just about looking good - the site actually helps Redox share what they do in a way that makes sense to doctors, insurance folks, and others in healthcare.

This change has not only made it easier for these groups to understand Redox's products but has also set the company up for more success in the future. The website makeover shows how much Redox cares about making things better for patients, doctors, and everyone involved in healthcare, making it a key moment in their journey to keep improving.

A big shift from the original website was having the marketing website talk in-depth about what is possible with Redox. Having a potential customer read about use cases that might be relevant to them and seeing how other companies have used Redox to find success.

While preparing for a rebrand at the end of the engagement we started teasing out how entrances into the product could look. We stressed the importance of having parity between rebrand work in the marketing site but also translating that into how the product looks.

Introducing more imagery and patterns would make navigating through all the pages much more engaging and something customers would want to keep learning about and exploring.

As part of looking at the website and the product holistically the Redox API Documentation was another part of the puzzle that couldn't be overlooked. We explored opportunities to apply visual styling to bring the docs site up to par with the other efforts.

Approach

Our approach was all about being part of the Redox family. We didn't just work alongside the marketing and product teams; we embedded ourselves right into the mix. This closeness allowed us to keep our finger on the pulse of everything happening in both teams.

We knew what projects were cooking, understood the goals, and recognized where everyone needed to be on the same page.

Essentially, we became the connective tissue between the marketing and product teams, ensuring that initiatives flowed seamlessly, ideas were shared, and everyone was working together towards the same goals.

My Contributions

As the lead designer on the marketing project and a designer on the product team for some time there was a lot of contextual knowledge that designers on the in-house team didn’t have. I was able to provide documentation and explorations on how the future of the product and the marketing site that gave them the tools to keep improving their digital experiences.

Learnings

There was a big advantage in being an embedded member of the Redox marketing team. Being able to collaborate on the day to day decisions helped us take a neglected marketing site to the next level.
